Ok i have decided to get a Zeiss Conquest 3-9x40 for my Browning X-bolt 7mm08, and i saw that browning has some rings just for the X-bolt, and they are made by Talley, are those good rings, and if so what height should i get for my scope, i was thinking either med or low.

Get the low rings. Talley rings are excellent. I have several sets on my rifles.

Talley makes great rings. As above, go as low as you can, but remember that Conquests have a huge ocular lens. That will probably determine your ring height (though the Browning, with it's 60 degree bolt lift, will be a help here) rather than your objective.

I have used low rings with my Browning A-Bolt and a Zeiss Conquest 2.5-8x32 scope. The eyebox cleared the bolt handle just fine.
