Think your rifle is accurate?

Very impressive and quite humbling to learn of the shooter. An enviable accomplishment, to be sure.

Impressive to say the least. Just goes to show you what you can do with the right equipment at the right time.
Congrats to the shooter.

He didn't get any in the 'X' Ring...

Seriously that is very impressive. Wow.

Not too shabby at all! Tom Sarver is to be congratulated for this group. That he shot it with that particular load makes it all the more amazing.

Absolutely agree. Did you notice that this report is seven years old? I need to take time to do a thorough search to see what has been done since that time. I do note that he is a Marine sniper, which hasn't hurt his shooting abilities in the least.

He appears to own Thunder Valley Precision.

yep, he was fresh out of the corps and showed up at TVR to shoot with nothing but a 308 and a bipod, he's done well building rifles so he bought the range, he is a nice guy have communicated with him via the net.
and yes I knew that that group was fired in '07, I keep track of the long range crowd

Very cool. And look who the first to comment on it over at 6mmBR.com was back in 2007... Hah! I didn't even remember saying anything about that one...

Yeah, 1.4" for 5 shots, in the X-ring of the target... WOW!

Guy, I reviewed the comments and didn't even notice who has posted them. Must be going blind in my dotage.
