Looks awfully good to me, a very nice presentation. Mine is running out, but I will have enough to make it through elk season. Second season Archery for deer, starts sometime in Nov.

This one pleased me to no end as the wife really liked it.
It took a lot of doing to get my aussie Sheila to eat wild game and she's a picky eater. When she says it's good I get real proud. She said this was good. Makes me want to make something else as good or better.

Ain't that the truth! Happy wife; happy life. I think we all enjoy pleasing our spouse by presenting something they enjoy eating.

I just found some ground antelope in the freezer from 2012.
Time to break out the crock pot for some chili. Maybe I'll cook it up and freeze it for hunting camp in a couple of weeks.
