Vortex Talon 10x42

A local gun shop has Vortex Talon 10x42 on a clearance sale. These binoculars are $200 off regular price. Will I see much difference between these and the Vortex Talon HD?

In theory...yes.

In reality....probably not.

I've got a set of Talons... very nice glass for the money and $200 off what I paid would have been a great deal indeed.
