It's an 1894 my grandpa bought new in 1937. My oldest brother has it now. Somewhere the front sight was lost, and a "mechanic" at the mine dad worked at told him he could fix it....And by fixing it, he meant cut a dime in half and braze it onto the barrel. But I managed to flop a few does with it in the early 80's

I'd rather kill a bull in bow season, if I get an A tag, but if not the pistol will get some action. The kids can use it too. I may give one of my 30-28 Noslers a go this year as well.
