Agreed, the 280 sounds pretty good Mike. I think I have been pushed enough to have another 7mm.. The 280 seems too good not to have at least one... I keep a couple extra 7mm bullets around, just in case.

Yep. Had Leupold service it for me and it shoots great on that old 99 300 Savage of mine. More period correct than anything else I have ever had on there too!

My Mark V 270 Weatherby Magnum! It's simply a true terror in the field. 130's at almost 3500 fps are wicked. As for the gun, I have never shouldered a rifle that fit as well or balanced as well as my Mark V. It's a real joy to shoot. Even serves as a part time varmiter if called upon!! He-he.
