What You Got For Christmas

Got a nice tool chest, some pants and good merino wool socks, a smaller Yeti cooler.

Kids made out like bandits and it was great to see them. Charlie said it well, that seeing the kids hammer away on presents and Santa is the best. Another lover of Christmas..

Did a 9lb prime rib on the Traeger for dinner. Hard day to beat!

I've reached the age where I prefer to give rather than receive things that I likely don't need in the first place. We had three of our six grandchildren with us and I did a brisket on the Traeger. Combined with bacon wrapped asparagus, armadillo eggs, baked beans in molasses and coleslaw. It passed the test of pleasing the gang.
