Which alaskan stock for my 700.

If I'm stocking a RUM, I'm always going to err on the side of strength over a couple or even five or six ounces of stock weight. Get the aluminum block version. And in this case, I'd get the version with the full aluminum block, not just the front block. That RUM is going to stress the stock, and you don't want to give any room for flex that will take away accuracy.
 
I have the B&C Medalist on my 338WM and love it. Rock solid stock and it shoots really well. I would really go with the full block on the RUM. Just nice to have a super solid platform for that beast. Scotty
