Tomorrow I am headed on my first African Hunting safari! I will be hunting with Elandpro Safaris in Namibia. A good friend and I won the auction for this hunt at our local Mule Deer Foundation banquet last spring. I'm hoping the Colonel gets it some Kudu and Gemsbok blood on it It's a seven day hunt so hopefully I will be posting some success stories and maybe some GoPro video in a few weeks!

It took about 42 hours from Arizona to the hunting lodge in Namibia. The Colonel is 4 for 4 so far
Kudu, Gemsbok, Red Hartebeest and one very poor Jackal have all taken one shot before they gave up the ghost. The 225 Accubonds have been more than impressive so far. Pictures and video to follow when I get home next week.
