Excellent performance, Jim. I may have to examine that particular bullet more closely.

Shooting pretty good from your rifle Jim?

Very similar results to what I got when I tested those 115 Partitions:

.25-06, 115 gr Nosler Partition, muzzle velocity of 3180 fps, range 20 yards into the jugs.

Retained weight is 80.5 gr, diameter is .588"

Bullet was recovered from the 5th jug

I like 'em!

Truth be known, the 115 gr PT is my favorite .257 cal bullet.

David, rifle is a M700 Classic 257 Roberts.

That's what I thought it was in. Those are really nice looking rifles Jim. Certainly one of the nicer looking Remington's made. The Classic, Mountain Rifle, and the CDL's are favorites and they all are very sharp looking.

I load the 120 gr. Partition in my wife's 25-06 and it worked so well I never tried anything else, but I think the 115 gr. would be a great one too.

Nice, Jim, great performance! I am stuck on the 110 AccuBond for the present but you are getting great results with the 115 Partitions. I will have to try that bullet as well.
