This is a load I worked up recently with my Rem 700 CDL that shot very consistent groups and one that I think i'll deer hunt with this year. I haven't shot it thru the chrony yet so i don't know the fps but i'll get around to it eventually. This is a 5 shot group @ 100yds that measured .336 using rem brass, win primers and rl22. The hole on the left is 3 bullets. This load was shooting just under 1" with cci200 primers then I decided to give win primers a try with the same load and it really came together.

That'll work just fine on deer. I believe you have a winner in that load.

Excellent load for sure. 3 clicks east and you are ready to go.

Did you ever run this load over your chrno? Did you shoot a deer with this load and how did you like it if you did. This is my favorite bullet for deer. I shoot 49 grs IMR 4350, Rem case, CCI 250, and it does 3000 fps from my 26" barrel and shoots BUG HOLES at 100 and averages 3/4" at 300 yards on calm wind days. BANG FLOPs a deer 99% of the time.
