I go by + or - 1% of the average rather than a certain grain. If you use 1 grain to cull brass you will cull a lot more smaller cases like .223 & .22-250 than you will larger cases such as .30-06 or the magnums.
Your average is 153.2gr and 1% of that is 1.53gr.
Since you know what the charge is, the bullet and the cartridge, you could look up the various stick powders recommended for the cartridge and see what is listed for that bullet weight and charge weight.
Just by eyeballing it I'd be tempted to say it's H-4831SC.
