I like both Varget and RL-15 in my 7mm-08. Varget tends to get the nod as I use it in most everything. I get good accuracy with both, however, so it's all in what you like.

Here is South West Mississippi (a lof feral hogs here), our best way is either with live traps or dogs.... Hogs are extremely wary, typically nocturnal here and much harder to still/stand hunt than deer. I'd suggest bait.

I can also recommend Varget and RL-15. I've had better success with Varget in the 30-06, but RL-15 did work well, just not quite as clean in my application.
