+1 Overall length is important and a big factor in feeding relaibility. Another factor in loading for the auto pistol is case length as the round headspaces on the mouth of the case.

I don't shoot that caliber but I usually start about 10 to 15 thousandths off the lands and work in or out in 5 thou increments. That is of course it the mag box will allow it.
