110 gr. Accubond & the .250 Savage

Is the AccuBond to much bullet for the .250 Savage ?

Shooting southern whitetails and needing something to open fast but not blow up. I'm hoping to get around 2,700 fps at the muzzle.

I'm a little scared of the 100 gr. Ballistic tips at super close range and those tough angled shots.

It will depend on the barrel twist rate. If you have a 1:10" twist, you shouls be ok. If you have a slower 1:12 or 1:14" twist, the 110 gr AB wont stabilize. You will have to go with the 100 gr BT whick is great for deer.
