In my tests, 150 Partition vs 140 AccuBond performance is quite similar. And I think that is what Nosler intended.
150 Partition launched at 2850ft/sec retained 92 grains = 61.3%
140 AccuBond launched at 3000ft/sec retained 69.3%
150 Partition does penetrate a bit further due its smaller mushroom.
All pictures of bullets are, from left to right: 150 Partition recovered from wild boar (yes we have them in Manitoba!), 150 Partition recoeved from milk jugs, unfired 150 Partition, Unfired 140 AccuBond, and 140 AccuBond recovered from Milk Jugs.
