I ran the 200 AB into the jugs this afternoon. I ran this load one Fall in Idaho out of my 338 for elk and deer. Didn't have either cooperate with me, but I am pretty sure it would have done the trick if I had the chance.

This bullet went 5 jugs and smashed the back of 5 hard enough to crack #6 but it was found in 5. It retained 121.1 grains and was .640" in diameter. Pretty decent bullet for the 338 Win Mag. It shoots really well out of my 338 Win Mag too.

Nice shooting Scotty!..Nice catch as well, I'm kinda surprised that it didn't do 6 or even 7 jugs pal, that bullet was smokin!

Thanks Lou. It's a good load. About as low of bullet weight I'd go on a 338 Win Mag, but it does look like a great bullet.

Yeah, that rifle with that particular load has to bring a smile to your face. Fine shooting, Scotty.

It will cloverleaf the 200 grain hornady at 3200 fps------factory load

Again, very similar to the 358 200 gr version. The 200 gr AccuBond looks to be an excellent long range load for the 338 Win and 340 Weatherby.

The 200 grain A/B shoots very well in my 338.06. I would never feel under gunned with that combo.
