25-06 85 bt powder

I know it's been discussed several times before, and my searches all seem to lead to RL19.....
Out of the powders I currently own, what would you try first?
IMR4350 H380 H4831 RL22 Varget Benchmark

I'm not too worried about velocity, in fact I'm thinking about making a reduced load for a 12 year old.

If I were to buy a pound of something new, what should it be? RL19? RL17?

I shot 56-58 grains of RE-19 for years behind the 85 NBT in the .25-06... but recently switched to RE-17. I get a little better velocity and accuracy with the RE-17. If'n I were you I'd start with the 4350... it's a tick slower than RE-17... and has proven a good powder across the board in the .25-06.
