That would depend on certain factors that you haven't shared yet...
What type of shooting are you planning?
What animals do you intend to hunt?
What distances do you want to shoot and/or hunt?
Any particular bullet weight you have a preference for? Or bullet make and model?
The 270 Wby is a great cartridge!
I have a Browning B-78 rechambered to 270 Wby that shoots very well with factory ammunition; MOA or better w/:
Wby 140 gr AccuBond
Wby 100 gr Spirepoint (Hornady)
Federal 140 gr AccuBond
Federal 130 gr Nosler Flat Base
Also showing great promise with the Barnes 110 gr TSX and TTSX's; MOA groups @ 100 yards at 3900 fps and still a full grain from max with 2 different powders.

The best load in my .270 wby was 75grs of Rx-25 behind the 150gr Hornady spire point for 3238 fps. This and the 150gr factory load were what I shot most of the deer with. The longest shot I made was 300yds and have only recovered one bullet. My rifle shot well with most 130-150gr flat base bullets by Speer or Hornady but didn't care for boat tailed bullets. The Factory loads clocked 3442fps for the 130gr spire point and 3235 fps for the 150gr.

IMR-7828 for 130's. Seems to be the default, go to powder for many who use the 270 Roy. I can attest, as its consistently provided the best combination of speed and accuracy in my gun. Expect top notch accuracy and an easy 3400-3500 fps with 7828 and the 130's.
I don't shoot them very often because of the success I've found with the 130's and IMR-7828, but for what it's worth, I've found RL-25 to work very well with 140 grain bullets.

Mine prefers the 140 grain Hornady boat tail with a stout load of Reloader 22. IMR 7828 also gives more than acceptable results. Velocity is much higher with the 7828 as well.

Velocity wasn't breaking any records at 3280 fps in that Mark V lightweight 26" barrel. But it's an incredibly consistent loading & that Barnes shoots like a target bullet.
Absolutely no Internet bragging, we (2 shooters) each got an honest sub 1/2" MOA for 3 shots @ 100 yards off the lead sled with the scope on 10x. We did not shoot slowly, l probley put my 3 rounds downrange in less than 1 minuite.
That 130 grain TTSX is an absolute killer punches way above its weight, after seeing it in action I wouldn't hesitate using it on larger game than those 250 lb. Montana mulies
I have heard thru the grapevine about Reloder 23, that it delivers outstanding accuracy with decent velocity.
