.270 Weatherby

It sounds as if you got a real steal in that 270. It will be a joy for many of us to see the pictures, living vicariously through your acquisition.
 
Well...I don't think that it was quite a steal, but a good deal for sure for a nice old gun. Don't want to oversell it but I am looking forward to it.
 
If you've always wanted one, you made the right choice. There's also always time to find a 270Wby or have one built. Enjoy! And post pics!!!
 
Well here is the reason why the .270 Weatherby project is going to have to wait a little. I believe it is made in 1959, chambered in .270 Win.
