Was just wondering if there might be a chance someone from nosler might be monitoring this, that could tell me if nosler has any plans to make a 125gr AB in 30cal. :?:

I'm thinking it would be the perfect bullet for whitetail deer out of a 308 or 30-06. :)

Yes I'm using the 125 BT to hunt with and they are awsumm bullets but I'm just a lil concerned about a straight on shoulder shot with the BT.I don't shoot for the shoulder ever but on a running shot the shoulder hit is possible .This is why I was asking about the AB in the 125grain.

I am not a big fan of the light bullets. The downrange trajectories on the light bullets are actually no flatter than the midweight bullets because the BC on the light bullets are so low. I ran the ballistics a while back and the 168 grain Nosler BT is as flat as anything I can load in my 06. The kinetic energy down range is much higher and the wind drift is much lower.

I would love to see a 168 Grain AccuBond to take advantage of the .490 BC in a high weight retention bullet.

Well I kinda like the 125 grain bullet ,guess opinion's vary....

The 125-130gr bullets have worked well with me also. We have shot alot of deer and a few pronghorns with them and all were one shot kills with no lost game. They actually worked as good or better than 150gr PAR or BT bullets. I would like a 125AB myself.

The 150's do well enough for me from coyotes to deer.

I haven't seen anything coming for at least the next year in that caliber/weight combo, but your suggestion has been noted. Ask anyone that's been here for a while, sometimes things get suggested and they magically appear.

Thanks for the answer JusMo,would sure like to see nosler start making them ..,

You make them and I will buy them. They would just be the ticket in my Encore pistol. They would be loaded for my rifles also in several cartridges.

I really like the 125's for reduced recoil loads for my wife in her 308. I would like to have the AccuBond, just because I like to have the little extra margin for error with a tougher bullet. With the wife, every little bit of recoil reduction is nice. The 125 Sierras work really well on deer, but I think the 125gr AccuBond would be better! Plus, if they make them, I would have a chance at seconds for more economical reloading! Scotty

Yep but slower than Molasses at the North Pole.

I would also love to see a 125gr AccuBond in .30 cal and would buy them in a heartbeat. I have always loved the lighter bullets in the 30.06 as well. I shot the Hornady 130gr SP for years with good success and killed a ton of deer with it. I've never tried the 125gr BT or the Sierra 125gr SP but i've heard good things about both.
A couple years ago i bought a box of the Barnes 130gr TSX and thats what i currently shoot. They have worked extremely well for me from my 30.06. They are very accurate and their on game performance has been exceptional. Having said that, I would still love to see a 125gr AccuBond or Partition from Nosler for the .30 cal. Mike

Don't worry about hitting the shoulder bone on a deer with the 125 ballistic tip. I have been using it for a while and pushing it to 3100 fps in a 308 and 2850 fps in a 30X47HBR and I always try to shoot deer in the front shoulders. Even on close shots 40 to 50 yards it will bust right through the shoulders and usually you will find just the jacket just under the hide on the off side. It drops them in their tracks.

I would like to see an AccuBond in 30 cal 125 gr also.

I was wishing for the same thing when I was looking at the bullet shelf yesterday. I'd buy a whole bunch of 125 A-bonds.
