.300RUM Sports New Glass

Well I have to say I have a Phenominal Father ! I had a B-day at the end of May and he was adamant about buying some glass for any of the guns in the safe that don't have any.
He took one of the 16X Leupy's from my 7-08 to put on his .260. He really likes that small dot for hunting so it was easy to give it up.

I'd been talking about doing a different style reticle scope for my .300RUM - So what shows up .........
Zeiss is offering a nice little rebate on their Varmint Reticle scopes - Can't say the .300RUM is a Varmint rifle, but this will certianly get me out to where I want to be for this Nov. elk hunt :grin:

Looks great indeed. There is a company that will make a replacement turret customized to your load and bullet for about $60 or so. if your interested. I was referred to them by Zeiss.
