Wow, looking good Jim and good expansion as well. How is your accuracy with these at longer ranges?

As I recall, accuracy was .75" at 100 yds.

Sounds like fine accuracy, and for sure that is great performance.

Great show Jim! Those are some really nice looking bullets! I remember a feller posted up about killing grizzly, moose, goat and a bunch of other stuff with them. Almost made me wanna load them up for the 338WM... Still might give them a whirl, eventually. Scotty

Thanks, Jim, I will have to try some of them. Plus it would be nice to have a bullet that will shoot and can be used for game in both the .338 Federal and the .340 Bee.

What a great looking mushroom. Very nice... And there's no way the bullet is going to break up in game...

I was impressed with the performance of this bullet. I think it would take a lot of critter to catch one of these 200 gr 338 cal E Tips.

This was the 200 grain E-Tip launched from a 338 Federal and recovered from a young moose. Fine performance that I've come to expect from Nosler bullets.

Looks great Mike. Do you have a side view picture?
Just wondering how far the petals opened.

That is one I haven't tried in my 338 but i should. It would be 270 flat with a lot of stomp.

I haven't tried them in the .338 Federal. I would be a little concerned about mushrooming at any range over 300.

Are they hard to tune? How much jump do they like?

I find that nearly all monolithic bullets enjoy a 0.100 inch jump to the lands. I don't find them to be terribly fussy at all.

Like Mike, I have found .100" off the lands seems to be the best accuracy.
