I'm thinking of building an ar 15 with a 16 or 18 inch barrel and a wylde chamber. Can someone with quick load give me an idea how fast a few of the following can be loaded to. 55 grain e tip,60 Partition, 64 grain nosler bsb, etc. I'd probably start low on the powder charge and maybe load to 60000 psi.

556 with 55 and 60 and 64 grain bullets

I’ll take a “shot” at the question.
QL does not model for the Wylde. However, since the Wylde chambering pressure would be slightly lower than NATO (~62.3K psi) and higher than 223 Rem SAMMI (~60k PSI), I’ll set max to 61K psi to compensate (SWAGE) for the chambering. Max pressure would be the same in both barrel lengths. Also, forecasted speeds will be 50-100 fps slower in a gas gun than the QL bolt modeling and ~50 fps less in the 16” than the 18”. Note: W748 and H335 are very heat sensitive. Also, note COAL of the BSB and the E-tip COAL might need to be shorter for accuracy.
