6.5x47 Lapua no Data other then by Berger.

It looks as if the owner has the 6.5X47 dialed in with each of those bullets. Those are assuredly enviable targets.

Thanks Mike, Yes I would agree with you. Any gun that can produce under a 3/8"-1/2" MOA group prone off a bipod lying in the dirt, and in my case the ditch dirt mound was more like shooting off a roof top, is pretty darn good under those conditions.

I loaded up 45 of those yesterday for further testing..... not that a 600 yard test will reveal much more other then my ability to keep the turret dialed correctly! lol

Man, those are some great shooting rifles..

I have a 6.5 Swede I need to break in and I hope I get half the accuracy you two are getting out of your rifles.

I just pick up my buddy's 6.5x47 reamer yesterday. I have a Remington SS 700 action, Bartlein Rem. Varmint contour barrel, Jewell trigger, HS stock, and a Nightforce NXS 5.5x22 waiting for me to do the deed. I hope mine shoots R-15 because that is what I have the most of in the middle burn rate powders. Most of what I shoot runs R-22 and slower. I haven't shot such a low capacity case in years  .

IDCTD, where in Idaho are you? I have more different powders then most gun stores! If you're near the Coeur d'Alene/Spokane area I might be able to get you whatever you may need?

I'm in Boise. I can get my hands on many of the middle burn rate powders too. My buddy only shoots the smaller calibers now days (6x47, 6.5x47, 30BR, and 308win) so he has tons of it on hand (R-15, Varget, H4350, R-17, H4895, etc.). I just have to replace it when I can get my hands on more.
