I have never been able to argue with the performance of any Partition, but I'm very impatiently waiting for the 90gr AccuBond to come out. I like velocity and BC, so the AccuBond should offer Partition-like performance with a couple hundred FPS more speed. Only thing better would be an 85gr AB with a .400 BC like the Speer SBT or .420 like the 90gr Scirocco. I just can't get either of those bullets to fly as well as I'd like in my 1 in 9 6mm.
I love accubonds and shoot them in everything. They, like ballistic tips, have been pretty easy to find accuracy with. I think their ogive makes them easier to find accuracy with while seating for a magazine, but I still think they could be improved with a more aggressive boattail. They sure have given me great terminal performance though, and I have no plans to switch to anything else in any of my rifles for big game.
