7mm08 with ablr-suggestions?

You really need to try some 120 grain BTips in that 7mm-08. I've been shooting them exclusively in my Rem Model 7 for over 20 years now. Top "Book" velocities of 3000fps, exceptional accuracy, and minimal recoil. And lots of very dead deer......

I will give them a try sometime- with the is bullet in my rifle I am going to continue with rl 17 which I clocked today at 2764 (three shot average). Ill shoot it through some water jugs soon and put it in the bullet test section

Firebird, Might consider trying the H380 and the H414 with a magnum primer since they're ball powders. I use H380 and a CCI 250 with 139-140 grain bullets in my 7-08 and it shoots great. Better than varget and H4350..... Just a suggestion

Never tried that before. What is the advantage? If I shoot them faster I lose accuracy, or does the mag primer give a boost while maintaining better accuracy? Very curious
