If someone can manage it I'd like a Quickload run on my .30-338 Lapua Imp. with 230 Berger's and WC872, 869, R-50, R-33, and H5010 powders. The water capacity is 123.5grs to the top of the case. It's a standard 338 Lapua necked down with a 35 degree shoulder angle and a .572" shoulder dimension. I ran up to 111grs of 872 last weekend and got 3333fps out of the 230 Berger's (it's a 33" barrel) but I'd like to try R-50 and H5010 to see what they do. I'm not a huge fan of ball powders but some cases will only get their top velocities using them. It's plenty accurate with the 872. It shot 5 of the 7 shots from 108grs to 110grs into the low .2's. One was a clean bore shot and was out about 3/8" and the other I pulled. Not bad for 3 charge weights and 104fps variance.
