Hi Dan, I found this recipe on the web, and let me tell ya, it's the best moose steaks I've ever had :grin: ..as for the sausage, 1 word..."hummy!"...the moose pepperetts turned out just great as well...25lbs of boneless moose yields 320 pcs @20pcs per pack for 16 packs..My son-inlaws realy enjoy them as I do...Regards....Lou
