Apple chips

One of my favorite snacks! A dehydrator full of apple chips. I like them with just a pinch of sea salt. The grandkids like to dip them dulce de leche I make with condensed milk in the pressure cooker.

My wife dehydrates just about every fruit out there , she’s even done watermelon.
