Caribou Rifles..

The .375 works very well...albeit a bit bigger that required. The really nice thing about the .375 is that the amount of blood shot meat is minimal unlike higher speed rounds like the .270!

Nice! (y)

Congrats to the hunters.

Congrats to your compadre for taking a fine little bull. That'll provide some excellent table fare. Yeah, I'd say the .375 will work.

Congratulations on a very nice bull (y) he will sure help fill the freezer .
The 375 H&H was my go to rifle for about 5 years and I shot 230gr. Speers out of it and it was flat out a great calibre.

Blessings,
Dan

My buddies wife connected on a very nice bull this weekend. So I guess the good old 30/06 qualifies as a caribou rifle. It sounds like they had a great trip, I wish I could have made it out this year.

Excellent!

Congrats to the hunters.

Nice to know that my 30-06 could be a caribou rifle someday too.

Congrats to the successful hinters; Couple of nice 'bous!

They are so fun to hunt!

Delicious meat. I made a great hamburger soup with 'bou burger a couple of days ago. Best hamburger soup I've ever made, according to Susan.
