Switched to a 95gr nosler balistic tip this year for hunting. I had been using another brand with good results but tried these while playing with different loads. Found they shot great out of my Shilen .243 win on a Rem 700 action. Getting 1/4 to 1/2 average groups at 100 yds. At 400 yrds I averaged 3 inches with 5 shots! I got my buck at a lazered 323 yards. The bullet worked great and the buck was down within 20 yards. I will be trying these bullets in my other rifles to see what they can do. Great bullet that seems to have match grade accuracy![/img]

Agree - ballistic tips often provide outstanding accuracy and great results on deer, particularly at longish ranges. That 95 grainer is the most accurate hunting bullet I've ever used from my little 6mm Remington.

guy- congrats!!! From what I understand, just finding a coues deer makes it a trophy. That was this year I assume? Any pics??? If I had to give up my 250-savage a 243 would for sure be in contention for the replacement. CL
