With all the recent seconds are SPS, the Fed-Ex person really does not like pakages to my house.

Today's delivery was 7mm - 160 gr Partitons and 30 cal. 165 gr BT

Thank goodness for SPS flat rate shipping!!!

I usually get UPS from SPS. My regular driver is also a shooter, so he doesn't mind. Now, my mailman is probably a little grumpy when I get big boxes of bullets from MT Gold.

My UPS guy is a shooter, from what I can gather in the short time we've had to talk, but I don't tell him what I've ordered and when he ask if it's bullets I say something like, "No, medical supplies." If questioned further I will inform him, or her, that the said medical devise is designed to work to assist in inducing hemorrhage at a rapid rate.
Mailman? He's grumpy. That might be because of all the complaints I've lodged. Fed Ex, never see them but the packages arrive OK. :)

Never met them. They don't ring the doorbell anymore. I think they don't like grabbing the attention of my two german shepards lurking inside :)

Never a question or comment from our FedEx or UPS persons. They don't spend much time at my door. Drop the box and run!

Our USPS person is a shooter.

Fedex guy, UPS guy, and the very cute little lady mail-carrier are all on good terms with me.

Heck, I think I'd enjoy the job at Fedex or UPS. Lots of hustle!

My FedEx guy knows my name and says hello when he sees me around; he's delivered tons of stuff to my house.

Makes an interesting point - if I'm buying in quantity, like I do from SPS, and sometimes Midway or Grafs, I pretty much have to go mail-order/internet shopping.

I like supporting the local gunshop, but usually the selection isn't so good for components, impossible to buy in quantity, and the prices are considerably higher.

The local gun shops however are usually my source for primer & powder, since I don't want to pay the hazmat fee. Several of us have banded together on powder orders before. Each will order 8 lbs of this or that, and together we spread out the hazmat & shipping charges. Works pretty well.

I also do taxidermy so my shipments can get pretty interesting. My ups guy will visit if I am around but the FedEx guy is all business. Two things I hate
1. The twelve dollar flat shipping fee for sps, usually I only order small shipments and twelve bucks is double the actual shipping fee.
2. Having to sign for loaded ammo-I am rarely sitting around for packages to arrive.
Both may be necessary requirements but I can't smile about either

UPS delivers my SPS packages.
My Fed X guy always Lea es a dog treat for our dog....at least I always thought it was for the dog. :)

Yeah I do not know about that George...... She might take offense

I don't like FedEx. At all.
I am lucky if I can get packages. 2 day shipping usually amounts to 5 days.
Maybe the local bunch but I avoid FedEx if at all possible. I just cringe when I order anything and it turns out it was sent FedEx, just cringe. I have dropped ordering from some online merchants who only use FedEx.

If your package is sitting on your porch during a rainy day your good, if its sitting in a puddle 20 feet from your door you better arange a pick up labbled TO UPS / FED EX DRIVER and put a ten spot in it.
