Fire forming?

I have 200 rounds of IMI 7.62 brass and want to fire form them to 6.5 Grendel in my AR15. I took two of them and lubed the outside and inside the neck. Next I installed the Hornady 6.5 sizing die as directed and ran the cases through the press. It did not take a lot of force to resize the brass, is this normal? Also, when finished, I took one of the cases and put a 129 gr Hornady SP and seated it to just under mag lenght. The one thing I notice is that when I loaded my mock round into my rifle, I had a very hard time getting it out of the chamber. Is this do to the case being too long. It did it both on the case with a bullet and one without a bullet. I do not have a case length gauge or a case trimmer for this round yet. So by what I have do so far, am I good to go and size the rest of them then wait until I get a case trimmer or should I wait and see if the trimmed case feeds into the rifle better? Thank and sorry for the long post.

Resizing does not require a lot of force if the case is properly lubed. As to the tight fit in the chamber, I'd trim the case, though I suspect that the reason it is hard to extract has more to do with the fact that it is not fire formed yet.

Could it be that my FL sizer is not sizing them all the way and I need to screw it down a little more to set the shoulder deeper?

If you didn't cam over when you sized, it is possible that the shoulder is not set back enough. Try it and see what happens.

Well I set a little deeper and they run now. I did make a few dummy rounds and had to set the bullet faily deep so they could extract without issue. Is there a way to measure the lands on an AR or auto like I did with my bolt gun?
