G7 drag model

I dial, its just what I'm use to, and for what I do it is the only viable way to achieve first round hits out to 1K, beyond that I use spotter shots.
to 500-600 yards a mil-dot could work, beter yet a TMR or a custom reticle graduated in 1.5-2 moa substentions. The BDC knobs do ok if your conditions stay about the same, but a hard swing of the bar pressure will make you miss and miss big! Bar pressure effectively changes your BC so beyond 700 yards it has to be figured in.

jd's right on the M1 turrets are very good, its what I use on my mark 4's.

Thanks guys! The scope does have mil dot but im not fond of it at all. I think ill take a lot at the M1 and just get a duplex put in it.

well when you have a rangefinder the mil dots work great for measureing stuff and you can use them for med range shots when time is limited. I have the TMR's in my scopes, like a mil dot with hashmarks, except graduated in 1/2 mil increments.
