Goodbye Ruger #1B!

For the year 2011, Ruger doesn´t offer the Ruger #1-B rifle. Discontinued.

I would have thought sales were sufficient to ensure continuation of this model. This will ensure that those who have a 1-B now will see the value increase.

I saw that too when I pulled up the web-site and did not see the #1B. I was pretty surprised. I own two and they are wonderful. I would not mind one more in a .280 Remington....... Not that I need one! :mrgreen:

Bummer. That (well, and the 1V which has a similar stock) is the only #1 I really liked.
