Handgun Hunting Caliber???? 460 or 500

Which one would you choose?

OK, let me change this up a little. I would like to use this revolver for hunting deer & maybe elk in the timber where shots will be close (100yds or so). Given that info, would you choose the 500 or the 460? I made this thread into a poll.

POP, I know what your answer will be, the 500. 8)
 
Rich, I still vote for the 460 since there are so many bullets, moulds, and other combo's available for the 45 cal bullets! Scotty
 
460 S&W all the way. Much more flexible than the 500 S&W.

Either one would suffice for most any need, and then some. As for the PC or not,,,,, I have made holsters for a number of customers, and haven't heard any negatives with any SW 460 or 500, PC or not.
It all boils down to your personal wants and wishes.
Personally, I have a a .45 cal already, that serves well, A .460 would get me more range, but then I really don't need that. The .500 would be cool,,,,,well, just cuz.
