I think they have their discription off a little. The action is a push feed and the recoil pad is the traditional Featherweight style. I would bet it's not a MOA trigger. Most of the XTR were built in the 80's, right?
Not that it's not a good rifle, but not worth $1000.00, or more.
I had a .280 just like this one; it was a fine rifle that was quite accurate. It was, indeed, push feed. This particular rifle was made only for a few years. My current Winchester 280 is CRF; the cartridge was chambered briefly during the early part of this present century. It is as accurate as the previous rifle was, and has been a mainstay in my armory for about ten years now.
Mike and Too Tall are right, mine was in 7 X 57 and has moved to another state. It was identical to this one and not an $1100 rifle. I think they are high on this one and of course the description is way out of wack.
