Hoppe's Elite Copper Terminator Myth or magic?

It's junk, doesn't do anything near as well as the ammonia based products I've used. Looks more like an oil. Waste of time. Oh, I'm taking it back for false advertising, and sticking with the products that do work!

If you want the very best, and easiest copper remover, grab a bottle of BoreTech Eliminator. You won't be disappointed. I've stopped using anything else except Hoppe's #9 for heavy carbon fouling. I do still use bore paste on new rifles as part of my break in process, but for regular cleaning it's all BTE.

I would have to agree with Dubyam. I have just started using it and I like it. It doesn't smell either. I bought their copper cleaner too, but it seems as if BTae is working well. I used Montana Copper Cleaner and like it, but it's smell is very strong. Scotty
