:( Well here is the story of buying something that is too good to be true.......
I purchased a half dozen infared game cameras from Sportsmans Guide back in Oct of 2011 they were made by Hunten in China and were priced at an unreal low price so could not help myself . Another huge feature for us was they were powered by a rechargeable 6 volt battery that we already have plenty of and the chargers to charge them. As I didn't want to fool around with C or D cells and the expense of them........................
They worked ok and we got some good photos of bucks with them and I was relatively happy with the cameras the first season , how ever one quit and I chalked it up the the guides being to rough with it and let it slid.
Then another one failed in bow season and I realized it was just out of warrantee but still wasn't too consirned, so the other day the third one started to act up and you couldn't control it anymore from the keyboard so I decided to send them all in for factory repair
Well you have probably guessed it.........................
There is NO SUPPORT from Hunten Inc after the sale .................. I was told up to a year they just replace them and after 366 days you can use them for target practice or the trash can its up to you....................... totally useless company with a sarcastic gal answering the phone at Customer Service Dept............... they have NO SERVICE !!!!!
What a lame company run by loosers........
Stay away from this outfit unless you want "Throw away products"

thanks for the heads up as I have been contemplating adding another camera to my toy box....

for good customer service Primos has been outstanding, bought my dad a trail cam that wasn't working quite right and they replaced it with a newer model, no receipts no "how old is it". I also had a hunting light from them that gave me issues and same thing.... so although i'm not 100% sold on being top quality their customer service is 100% top quality so they might be worth a look for your replacement cameras.

I also have a wildgame innovations that I have been very happy with but I think it quits down around 20-25degrees Fahrenheit then comes back on when it warms back up

Thanks for that info............... of course here in Northern Maine I need a camera that will take photos in the winter when it is 35 below zero f....................... their CS sounds impressive.
Hunten of couse really has NONE........ I am so old school I find it hard to believe the companys that are now operating with this China throw away thinking............
I guess I am a wind up watch in a digital age...... :?
