Interarms Whitworth.

Well, if you want a .375, keep looking. Lots of them available. Grand old cartridge that is useful even here in North America. It really shines for the handloader too.

Their version of the Mauser action, folding leaf sights, etc... NICE RIFLE. I phoned my buddy and he came to the store and bought it for some ridiculously low price like $400 or $500...

He's used it on a couple of big game hunts so far, and is quite happy with it. Sometimes a 375 can be picked up for a song 'cause a local gun shop often has no demand for such a large cartridge. I bought my Ruger, with a bunch of reloading gear & supplies, for $600 and the custom Model 70 I picked up a few years later was a real bargain too.
