I recently sent Leupold customer service an email asking about my 14 year old Vari xII and how it didn't seem to hold zero. I was wondering if there was anything I could do, perhaps try to recenter it. They encouraged me to just send it in.

Well I just got it back and they inspected the internals and did have to replace and adjust a few things. It's like a brand new scope again. I'm excited to put it on my rifle. Only cost me shipping to them. It's very refreshing in this day and age to have a company stand behind their product like that.
 
That's great to see and I too have had fantastic service with Leupold. They truly do stand behind their products.
 


it cost me less than $80 to have this one repaired by leupold after breaking it in an ATV accident. I’ve always had great customer service with Leupold.
 
Leupold has always been great to work with. Turn around time is 2 weeks.
