Lightfoot Mount for a older model 99 Savage- looking for one

Hey has anyone run across whats refered to as a "Lightfoot" scope mount for older model 99 Savages? This mount would utilize the rear screws for the tang sight and the dovetail for the front of the baseMy research so far tells me that it is made by an individual, (who might sell on e-bay?). As the link below suggests, I have tried Google with out success. I have a friend with "older eyes" who is looking to scope his old model 99 without having to drill and tap the reciever. Thanks for any insights. CL
