Making 7mmRUM brass into .300 RUM

Is it possible to resize 7mm Remington Ultra Mag brass into .300 Rem Ultra Mag? If so how?

A simple pass through a full length resizing die should get you where you want to be.
Make sure you lube the case neck inside and out.

Yep, I necked up a handful for some firelapping rounds in my last 300 RUM. RUM brass of any flavor is getting pretty hard to find, huh?

FYI, the Shooter's Pro Shop has Nosler 7mm RUM brass 2nds available, at least a few hours ago they did.

People freaked out and bought up several lifetimes worth, afraid Obama was going to take it all away! All Obama had to do was just "act" like he was, the great unwashed and the hoarders did the rest! The factories only make so much at a time and they have other, more popular ( read cheaper) cartridges to make. Its pitiful, really. :x :evil: :roll:
