Merry Christmas!

And a merry and blessed Christmas is my sincere wish for all who post here. The Christmas brisket is on the Traeger with extra smoke to generate a beautiful smoke ring. It looks to be a mild Christmas, but growing brisk for my birthday as the new year dawns. Just the story of my life.

And for any who may inquire, the brisket is coming along beautifully. I got a full 4 hours of sleep. Just finished wrapping it for the race to the rest. Lunch (dinner) at 2. Spuds and baked beans on at 1. Cornbread will be mixed and popped in the oven about the same time. All is at peace. Merry Christmas to each one sharing on the forum.
