Neck turning?

Excellent riflery and a fine load. I should imagine anyone could live with that load. Congratulations.

Everyone knows tikkas aren't that good...lol.
Here's what my tikka did w/run of the mill, FL sized ammo, blem bullets....probably varying run out of up to. 004k.

Where did you guys get those targets for load development? I likey!

I got mine from AccurateShooter.com , they are offered as free targets. The targets are in power point. I have full powerpoint on my computer and I edited the target to fit my requirement. If you don't have powerpoint you may have to use them as they come. Which is by no means a bad target for load development.
The single target is one I created from powerpoint in an attempt to get an aiming point I could see with a 10X scope.
I had never thought about using powerpoint for creating targets but it works great. When I create a target I build it with blocks to input known data. Like the date, powder type, charge weight, bullet etc.
When I return home I scan the target back into my computer. I can then use powerpoint to add text blocks on that target for data I want to add. Like temp., wind, etc.
I keep these shot targets in a notebook out in my shop (loading room) for quick reference. But I also have a file on my computer for backup.
After losing all the data on my .300 Win. I'm trying to be more careful and thorough.

Thanks Fellas and excellent shooting Kraky !!!!!
LOL, yeah its common knowledge that Tikka's are a marginal proposition at best......
I started with W.W. bagged brass that had issues, clean up turned the necks and used mandrels, developed a load from there.
Best,
BD

I still shoot few tight neck rifles also clean up few necks on some of my rifles and I'm not shooting factory chambered rifles either.

My deer/elk rifles I don't turn neck for hunting but may clean up some just to shoot paper. Some of my varmint rifles are tight neck and new 243AI is no turn neck using Lapua brass.
