I couldn't find any 130gr A-bonds like I've been shooting out of the .260 of late. I ran across a box of 130 Bergers ( I know, I know ) and decided to give them a try.... even switched powder and tried some Viht N-560 for the first time.
This was on a clean barrel... sure wish I'd have loaded more than 5. The first shot is the top hole....followed by three more cutting the same hole... and what do you know.....I'm all excited and pull the last one.....

One fouler and then 3 shots from a hunting gun. That is what I shoot at the range.

Like you say POP, Three shots test the gun, 5 shots test the shooter... :x There is always next time.. I know that laod will shoot though....

Nice...

With a little tweaking you could probly tighten the 5 shot group. However like POP stated, for sporter weight hunting rifles, 3 is all that is practical IMO.

What was the velocity??

Powerstroke,

Looks like a great load. Like Remmy, what is your velocity?
Too bad you missed the quarter.

Getting excited about the five shot group you are about to shoot can be worse that a bad case of buck fever. :)
I have been there many times.
