I wouldn't mind having one of the bigger 338's. I am sure it will be awhile before I buy another 338 bore. My 338WM is doing okay and carries the steam plenty good enough for now! Scotty

I guess my next gun will be a .375 H&H or a .375 Ruger for when I go to Africa. Of course that might be when I am an old man! :lol:

I would like to have one of those 375's for my safe also. Might never get to Africa, but I am sure I could figure something else to use it for! Even if it was poor, little whitetails. Scotty

There is nothing wrong with old men hunting in Africa. While it is true that "hope deferred makes the heart sick," but the remainder of that Proverb states that "a desire fulfilled is a tree of life." The dream never dies; it is what keeps us old guys moving!
