So I have been wanting to upgrade the scope on my Hawkeye African from the old Burris 1.75-5x. I Really like the straight tube "African look" but still needed enough power to shoot elk and mule deer out to 3-350 yards so wanted something up to 6x. I couldn't afford a Swarovski z6 1-6x or any of the new 1.1-8x european scopes - so I was very pleasantly surprised when I found this minox...HD Glass, assembled in USA, 30MM tube and best of all I found a demo model for $339 (Normal retail price is $499).
Anxious to get it and test it out and post pics. Anyone else here play with one of the new za5 HD models?
