The F210s will work just fine with RL15. ReLoder 15 is an excellent powder with a 225 grain bullet. I don't believe you will have any difficulty.

I am a user of CCI250's for my 35 Whelen loads. I have no real good reason for doing it other than that is what I had when I started doing load work back a few years ago. Accuracy and speeds were good, so I have just stuck with them.
With an all around deer load, I would think you would hard pressed to do better than the 225gr AB or 225gr PT. Both are excellent bullets with the AB being a little less expensive. I have not loaded the AB's yet, since I kinda jumped up to 250's but I think I may check them out in the future if I can buy them as 2nds. RL15 is my go to powder, matter of fact I haven't messed around with anything else. It just shoots so well and the speed is excellent.
